Officially situated

I finally moved into my new place this afternoon. It’s been an exhausting day of running errands and waiting in lines, but its an amazing feeling to have your own place to retreat back to. I know there is probably some party I should be at, but unfortunately after sleeping on hard mattresses (generally placed on the ground) and couches for the past 3 weeks, my comfy new bed is too attractive an offer to pass up. I only have classes on Wednesday and then Thursday morning this week, so I need to save up my energy for the fantastic weekend I have ahead of me visiting my future roomie in Paris! After that its back to class, and then a weekend in Amsterdam. Life is good.
